Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are weight based and start at $5.95 per shipment. Some products ship separately and may have special shipping fees which will be indicated on each deal. Please see the final shipping rate at checkout.

Alaska and Hawaii have an additional fee of $4.95 per shipment.

Shipping Policy

Most orders ship within 1 to 5 days after the order is placed; personalized and customized orders may take up to 14 days, which will be indicated on each deal; backorder items may take up to 30 days to ship.

Return Policy

Our return policy

Items in your order can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund (excluding the original cost of shipping). Items must be in original condition. All original packaging, tags, paperwork, and accessories must be included. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Note: Be sure to write down the tracking number so you can track your package. Also, for your protection, you may want to insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation.

When Do I Get My Refund?

Please save your shipping receipt until you receive your merchandise credit or refund. We will send you an email letting you know when we have received your return. Once your order has been received and accepted, we will issue a refund. Your refund should appear in your credit card account within three to seven business days. 

How Do I Handle Exchanges?

Products on HLN Deals/shopknocking.com are available in very limited quantities for only a short time. Because of this, we are unable to offer exchanges. You may be able to place a new order for an alternate size and return your original purchase, as long as all of the following conditions can be satisfied:

• The original item can be returned within our return guidelines.
• The alternate item of your choice is still available.

Return confirmation

We will send you an email letting you know when we have received your return. Once your order has been received and accepted, we will issue a refund. Your refund should appear in your credit card account within three to seven business days (minus the cost of return shipping).

Wrong, damaged, or defective items

Our customers are at the heart of what we do. We hope the package you receive is exactly what you wanted. If you believe a product was shipped in error, or if it arrives defective or damaged in transit, we want to help. Final sale

Some customized items (e.g. custom name printed on a shirt) are final sale items. We will let you know when an item is a final sale item by noting it in the item’s bulleted description and also on your packing slip. Final-sale items cannot be returned.  We only offer final sale on personalized products.
