Returns of unopened merchandise purchased from this website may be made within 30 calendar days of receipt for a full refund of cost of the merchandise. To return an item, you must first contact FIIL Customer Service via email with a copy of your order confirmation. You must be given an RMA number prior to shipping the product back.
To avoid any additional fees, all merchandise must be returned in its original, sealed package and in saleable condition. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for any product returned that does not have the original package shrink-wrap or security seals installed and unbroken. The total of your return will be credited to the charge card that you used at the time of your purchase (minus any shipping, handling and fees). Defective and Incorrect Item Returns:
If the product you received turns out to be defective, or if the wrong item was shipped to you, you must first contact FIIL Customer Service via email before returning the product.
We will issue a refund or exchange as long as the request is made within 30 days of the shipping date, the merchandise is returned in the same condition as it was when shipped, and is received in the original packaging and with all of its accessories such as: cables and owner's manuals. The merchandise returned will be inspected when it arrives at the warehouse and you will be charged for anything missing or damaged.

• Errors or oversights when placing orders (wrong model, color, unit of measure) are the sole responsibility of the customer who accepts all associated expenses.
• Don’t accept a package that appears to be damaged.
• Return Authorizations are only valid for 30 days from the date issued. Merchandise received past the return period may be refused and returned. Notification will be sent to the e-mail and/or billing address you provided should your return not be accepted.
• We cannot be responsible for e-mail or mailing addresses that are incorrect, changed, filtered, unread or no longer valid.
• FIIL cannot be responsible for lost returns. We recommend using an insured and prepaid method for your return, such as UPS ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery.
• No CODs will be accepted.
• Any product shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to the customer at his or her expense.
