Quality Assurance Manager

Knocking’s Curators, Account Managers, and Network-Partners work hard to create shoppable content segments on broadcast TV that deliver the best, most exclusive offers to audiences through their favorite programming. While everyone loves a great buy, nothing ruins a positive shopping experience like inaccurate and inconsistent information.

With so many team members involved and so many moving parts, mistakes happen, and our audience isn’t forgiving. We need a stickler for perfection and accuracy on our team to ensure we’re consistently delivering the same, correct details across multiple platforms. You’re “where the buck stops” on accuracy and are comfortable taking responsibility for it. Like a pharmacist or anesthesiologist delivering medicine, you understand the impact one mistake can have (even if no one dies.) You’ll work with the team to ensure all our partners and platforms are speaking the same language while reflecting the “fun-but-get’er-done” attitude of Knocking!

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement a process for quality assurance across all segments
  • Ensure all product details are accurate across multiple platforms and channels
  • Ensure all product details sent to partners are accurate and consistent
  • Review all marketing messaging to ensure adherence to approved segment details
  • Ensure all internal settings and processes are accurate and adhere to our guidelines
  • Ensure all products and variants have the correct appearance

What you bring to the role:

  • Experience in a fast-paced ecommerce environment
  • Very strong attention to detail with a proven ability to spot the smallest details, errors, and omissions
  • A natural inclination to double and triple check yours and everybody else’s work
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor

It’d be great if you:

  • Have experience running a business and know what it means to be an entrepreneur
  • Hands-on ecommerce experience
  • Experience working with Shopify, MailChimp, SimpleText, and other SaaS applications

Customer Service Representative (“Happiness Ninjas”)

Yes, we’re looking for happiness ninja to offer top-notch service to our customers, and yes, you’ll be our representative. But this is so much more than a CSR job. We call the role “Happiness Ninja” because you think quickly on your feet, you’re agile and flexible in providing killer service, and before they’ve even finished an interaction with you, our customers are happy. Why wouldn’t they be happy following a quick, friendly, and positive experience where their issue is resolved?

Looking up an order number, confirming the delivery details, and passing on product feedback to our vendors makes for a good customer experience. We go harder. We’ll make sure you have the tools, support, and autonomy you need to be empowered to show genuine concern and ownership of an issue, leading to a trail of smileys and a solid record of great customer experiences.

We’re creating the “Ritz Carlton” and “Cadillac” of ecommerce support, while reflecting the “fun-but-get’er-done” attitude of Knocking! Do you want to put on the white gloves and challenge yourself to deliver world-class service? Then we need to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver a positive experience to our customers, focused on quick and mutually beneficial resolutions
  • Answer calls, emails, and live chats, mostly in Spanish, recording issues and seeing them through to resolution
  • Develop a broad understanding of our orders, sales, shipping, and customer service processes and tools
  • Work with our curators, account managers, and executive team in building the Knocking empire

What you bring to the role:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Experience providing world-class customer service, whether in person or remotely

It’d be great if you:

  • Have supervisor or manager experience in a call centre
  • Have experience with CSR and ticketing systems and the Shopify admin

Onboarding Account Manager

Our curation team works hard to bring the best brands to Knocking. Once they get here, we need to deliver a universally positive and uplifting onboarding experience. These brands need to know they’re in the best, most reliable, and trustworthy hands. This is where you come in.

You’ll align yourself closely with the movers and shakers of the biggest and best upcoming brands, guiding them through contracts, product uploads, and logistics. You’ll dive deep into Shopify, ShippingEasy, Docusign, and other SaaS applications in getting the job done. You’ll help our brands navigate the exciting but complex world of broadcast offers, and how to best sell a product on TV, while reflecting the “fun-but-get’er-done” attitude of Knocking!

What you’ll do:

  • Create strong relationships with our merchants
  • Recommend ways to best utilize national television exposure
  • Report to key stakeholders at Knocking
  • Guide vendors through the onboarding process using Basecamp, other project management tools, and Shopify
  • Help customers understand their contractual obligations to Knocking and ensure they sign the right agreements and schedules in a timely fashion
  • Triage technical issues to Knocking escalated Support teams
  • Work with internal Knocking teams to advocate for merchants’ needs and requests
  • Demonstrate an in depth understanding of industry trends
  • Elevate the overall merchant experience

What you bring to the role:

  • An understanding of commerce across multiple channels, including online, retail, and non-conventional
  • You’re merchant focused in all that you do
  • You have a secret weapon, and it’s building meaningful relationships with our clients and internal team
  • Experience creating and managing products in the Shopify Admin

Financial Assistant

We’re looking for a Financial Assistants to help organize and handle our day-to-day accounting tasks! Ultimately, you’ll help us manage and allocate our resources effectively. Numbers, dollar signs, purchase orders, and spreadsheets put a smile on your face, as does keeping a tab on contractor invoices and paying our vendors accurately and on-time.

You’ll work closely with our Account Managers to make sure cost-of-goods are accurate, inventory-sold numbers add-up, and the right essential info is on file for our vendors.

You’ll project both a friendly demeanor and professionalism when working with our vendors to issue POs and payments in prompt fashion, while reflecting the “fun-but-get’er-done” attitude of Knocking!

What you’ll do:

  • Managing accounts receivable and payable
  • Keep records of invoices and tax payments
  • Manage our liabilities (e.g. insurance premium)
  • Identify and address account discrepancies
  • Participate in payroll processes
  • Report on financial projections (e.g. liquidity and cash flow)

What you bring to the role:

  • Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software, like QuickBooks
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial functions)
  • Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
  • Excellent time-management and organization skills
  • Confidentiality

  • Experience managing retail and/or ecommerce finances
